Assessment of research: Assistant to Associate Professor: In research, drawing upon collections, evidence of practice-led research in curatorial, collections development, conservation, learning, heritage science, and public engagement (e.g. exhibitions, displays)
Service to University Strategic use of University collections in national and international partnerships
Teaching and researcher development: Assistant to Associate Professor Innovative use of the collections in teaching, and/or the mentoring and coaching of early career researchers (including curators, conservators, learning researchers, and heritage scientists)
Service to the University and to the academic community:  Assistant to Associate Professor Sustained and novel contribution to public engagement and knowledge exchange around the University collections and research (e.g. digitization or participatory projects); strategic use of the collections in national and international partnerships
